Fidaul Haque a person born with a great passion towards cricket, his only dream was to become a cricketer. Cricket was and is his first love , but like any other common man when he took the first step towards his dream and played Under 13 Team and just as his dreams were soaring higher and wanted to achieve the title of a successful cricketer reality hit this young man and he was compelled to put his passion on a back seat , he had to stop playing cricket , getting a good degree and a good job took the priority but somewhere deep in his heart he secretly cherished his dreams to became a cricketer After completing studies successfully, he joined Standard Chartered Bank where he got a chance to get in touch with his passion through corporate tournament representing the company ,this is when he realise his passion can be relived and this time not for himself , but for the entire community of amateur cricketers who have suppressed their dreams just like him. Fidaul then formed Accolade Management a company with an unique thought where every young sportsman who once left cricket for the pressure of the society can appreciate their inner talent ,the company is as its name suggest it’s an appreciation to every common man who gave up their passion for Sports to live up to the expectations of any Third World Country and today 1500 Amateur cricketers are given a platform for living their passion for sports. Amateur status had a special meaning in English cricket. The amateur in this context was not merely someone who played cricket in his spare time but a particular type of first-class cricketer who existed officially until 1962, Fidaul Haque is organising ACCOLADE PREMIERE LEAGUE and CORPORATE PREMIERE LEAGUE for the last 8 years Fidaul lives his dreams among these cricketers, and draws a connect with himself during his practice sessions at Bulan Academy. Cricketing kits and jerseys are provided by this organisation. He wishes to upload all the matches of the tournament in their website, so that dreams live long generation by generation.
When Faisal started practising he was nicknamed as Mushi (Mushtaque Ahmed, legandry leg spinner) , he was a promising young cricketer but had to give up owing to the pressure of making a corporate career , he also had a dream of improving the Infrastructure and attracting more and more people from all ages to sports as he believes sports is one thing that keeps you healthy physically as well as mentally . There is a small story about this gentleman’s attachment towards the company . Accolade actually was conceived when he was young and a budding cricketer, he use to see performances of cricketers from 2nd and 1st division cricket every day on one of the leading daily newspaper in Kolkata, the page where the highlight of the performances were mentioned was actually named as ‘ACCOLADE’, when we first started the venture where he saw a whole lot of amateur cricketers whom he know made valuable contribution to the ACCOLADE page of the daily newspaper sometime in their career as well, was then interested to be part of this tournament or venture, thus giving chance to merge his passion and visual sporting appreciation as Accolade Management Services. Faisal is based out of Dubai and he is running Arabian Accolade along with his close friends which recently took off from 2018-2019 and thereafter.....
